Edible Arrangements® of Bluffton, SC is proudly owned by Dean and Nila who have been franchisees since November 2007. They own six locations throughout the state of South Carolina including stores in:

We have a variety of irresistibly fresh products including handcrafted fruit bouquets, gourmet chocolate Dipped Fruit™ and a dozens of fresh fruit treats.

Wrost location ever! Placed my order online a week before my anniversary which was 9/30/17. I did not hear from the delivery driver until six o'clock that evening telling me she was unable to make it to deliver my arrangement due to maintenance problems with the company vehicle. The driver was very rude and unprofessional. I asked if I would receive a discount for my inconvenience and again the driver was very rude and told me she was unsure because she almost lost her life. At this time she assure me that I would get my delivery on 10/02/17. I called the store and spoke to Joanna at five o'clock this evening I asked about my delivery, she told me it was pending delivery I asked her for more clarification and then she adds it's not in the walk-in so it should be out for delivery. At 6:50pm I still have not received my order, I then proceeded to call the store again spoke to Joanna who then decides to tell me I had to call the store this morning to confirm the delivery for today because I was unable to get me delivery on Saturday due to the driver having a flat. But what's so unsettling about this situation is I spoke to her less then an hour ago and she did not explain those details to me either. This location is very unprofessional and have no care for other people's time or hard earned money spent! Definitely lost a customer!

My experience with the bluffton location was really good. I needed an arrangement sent to someone and they delivered the arrangement earlier than I expected and everything was really nice. They do need to improve on answering the phone. That was the only con.

First time shopper to this business, but I give gifts at least monthly... Ok so the African American girl (no I don't know why I had to describe her but maybe it would help identify her to get some better training on the concept of "MAKING A SALE")...that answered, did not give a rat's behind whether I ordered from this store or not, she was nice, but when I began my call with "I'd like to have something delivered today around $40.00" and after I told her where it was going, she said "well it would just be a plain box of strawberries." I said "I like that idea of strawberries but could you put it in some kind of decorative box" and she interrupted me and said "No that's all and delivery is going to be 13.99 plus the tax".. All she had to do was present me with the total I mean, I get extra costs but regardless, THIS PLACE IS A HUGE RIP OFF.. NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME ORDERING FROM ANY OF THESE EDIBLE FRUIT PLACES... I found cookies by design and they were eager to please...

This place is a JOKE! I called this store twice, once yesterday and once today. Yesterday I called to get some simple questions answered and the young lady who answered was so rude! First, she had to yell to the back room to get answers to my questions from someone else and then she mumbled about my phone number being from out of state like that meant I was wasting her time. Then she had the nerve to ask if I was just calling to ask questions or if I needed to place an order!!!! After hanging up, I almost changed my mind about ordering but my mother was on vacation here for her birthday and I wanted to send her a birthday gift. I placed the order online and called the next morning to make sure the store received the order because I never got a confirmation email. The same lady answered with the same attitude! Once my mother called thanking me for the arrangement, I asked her to send me a picture of it. OMG!! I could have made this arrangement look better and I have ZERO experience! I paid $98 for a size small (added chocolate bananas for additional $12) and I couldn't be more disappointed in the appearance of this arrangement. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY FOR CHARGING PREMIUM PRICES FOR PATHETIC ARRANGEMENTS!!! There should defiantly be a "wow" factor for that price.

Never go there. They will ruin your holiday like they did mine. I went in on Thursday paid for a delivery of item for Friday. Gave my contact number. And paid told them destination and time. I call back to check on status of delivery. They said because of a dog in the yard the person delivering the package did not deliver it I did not get a call to tell me this so I assumed it was delivered. But wasn't. Don't waste your time here i should of checked the reviews they have before I ever thought of useing their services. They have been here for how log and they have a rating of 1.9. Should of know better. Update. The manager African American lady as manager while I went to fix the problem they made by picking up my order and delivering it myself She told me to never come back because of how I reacted to the mistake they made. Sorry I know it happens a lot you mess people's orders and deliveries up. It must be really hard to give any kind of common curtesy back after you made me go deliver something I paid you for
