HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I will never order edible arrangements again because of the Farmington store. I ordered something for my husband's birthday on a Monday, I called that morning to make sure that it was going to be delivered by 4 pm. They guaranteed me it would be there before 4 pm, otherwise I would have picked it up myself rather than paying $15 extra to have it dropped off. I called around 4:40 because they still hadn't dropped it off and they said it was out for delivery. I waited until 6 pm, which by then I was late to my husband's birthday dinner, and still no delivery. They didn't call or notify in any way letting me know that it wasn't going to be there on time, OR AT ALL that day. The next morning I called Sarah, the manager there, and she wasn't very pleasant although it was their fault. My package STILL HADN'T gotten there at 9:15 am the next day. I told her that I needed my money back and obviously didn't want the package anymore. She tried saying they'd bring it that morning with a free box of strawberries.. I told her I just needed my money back. She said it'd take 24 hours to get it back... The next day I called and the person I spoke with tried contacting Sarah, because she wasn't there, and Sarah acted like she didn't know what the associate was talking about when she was asking about my refund. Long story shortened, I called every day last week trying to speak with the manager or regional manager, being told that I was going to either be getting my money back, or they'd call me back, but they've completely avoided talking to me and I've yet to speak with anyone in management since last Tuesday. It's now been ONE WEEK since I was supposed to receive my package, and 6 days since I was supposed to receive my full refund and I have yet to hear anything back from managers, Edible arrangements in general, or get my money back!!! Horrible horrible service.

I ordered one of those fruit baskets. It cost me $80 and I did not even get the fruit I wanted. They charged me extra for bananas and did not even include them. Also the pineapple Was horrible- No taste and hard. It was a lot of fruit, but it's not very good quality and didn't even have the extra fruit I paid for.

Worst customer service I've ever received. Went into the store to order some choclate covered fruits and a smoothie. Lady at the counter had absolutely no idea what she was doing, didn't know how to take our order, and told us she has never made anything on the menu and didnt know how. She even took a phone call in the middle of us trying to order. Not a call to the store, but a personal call from her cell phone. We asked for her manager, and her manager also had no clue what she was doing, didn't know how to take our order at all. There wasn't a single person in the store who could make anything for us. Will never be returning.

Please READ all the bad reviews and save your money! This company does not care about customers. My husband ordered me an arrangement for Mother's day, wanted it delivered before Sunday to beat the rush and it was still delivered a day late with no gourmet pops. Called and they said I could come pick up the missing pops! What? I chalked it up to a busy time of year and my husband bought me flowers to compensate! Fast forward to June, my Mother-In-Law's 65th birthday.. Spent over $150 for a nice arrangement (She loves them). Got a call, they could not deliver the date they promised online. I said ok and they promised first thing in the morning. Did it happen? Nope. I had to drive down there and demand a refund!! They don't answer their phones! Nobody wanted to help, no one apologized. I talked to the OWNER... She could have cared less. SERIOUSLY... DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY TO MAKE YOUR LOVED ONE'S SPECIAL DAY AWESOME!!! THEY WILL DISAPPOINT!

Horrible experience! I suggest going with Sherri's Berry's instead. I ordered my wife's arrangement to be delivered to our salon on her birthday, the terms say they have till 5 to deliver to businesses. Well it didn't make it and trying to contact the store was a joke. The ringer is on a voicemail and it never actually rings or prompts for options. When I called customer service they had the same issue and all they could tell me was that the arrangement was made. I emailed the facility because they were unreachable, I didn't hear back. I received a call from my employee saying the arrangement was just dropped off. Mind you at this point it's 8:00 pm! And luckily my employee was working late that night. Still haven't heard from anyone. Worst customer service.
