The Manager WILLIAMS is a horrible employee. I will never shop here again and I will be contacting the branch owner and BBB. I received molded fruits with my order for valentine's day 2017 and requested a refund. I still have not received my $89 dollars back. All I keep hearing is you have been refunded. The staff here is very unprofessional. I've been told 3 times I will be contacted by corporate but I haven't. I suggest shopping at a different location.

First of all, their location in La Mesa has metered parking. Their reception area had a heavy metal smell. The young man didn't know what I was ordering. It was supposed to be a square serving dish with a fruit salad. He had to go in the back to ask if they had it. It took way too long for him to input my order and name. I was told it'd be a few minutes. The meter was about to run out with two minutes left so i stood out by my car to keep from putting more money in the meter. I had my dog with me so I had to turn on my engine to run the a/c. Instead of a square serving dish, it was presented in plastic cups that kept falling over in my car. The fruit was a compromise especially the cantaloupe. The Poway store is much better..
