I ordered 2 separate arrangements for my parents a month in advance & asked for one of the orders to be delivered by a specific time since my dad gets off early and I was never told that this would be a problem until today ... which is Valentine's Day. Definitely will ask more detailed questions next time. The young lady who took my order never told me there are no guarantees on what time my order would be delivered so I didn't think it was a problem & everything would be okay so now I am still waiting on my order at the store 2 and a half hours after my order was to be delivered ...

They sent the wrong item to my recipient. Promised to do something about the mistake, and never did. Truly disappointed.
