Customer service is horrible. Owner is ignorant and so are the employees. You need to have the patience of a Saint to deal with them. Very Slow service!

They were ugly in the box like they were Just thrown in the box.  it was horrible experience all the way around. they double charged my card it was actually supposed to be delivered Saturday didn't know if you would be there mothers day. When I called the lady was rude. it was horrible service if I could rate them no stars and just leave a bad review that's would be awesome! I missed the delivery.  Went to pick up and had to wait 20 minutes.  They lost the order.  The mgr comes from the back with a new box that looked like they rushed to make them.  They were all scattered in the box. The white stripes were far and few.  They never apologized for the wait.   Will never order from here again.

NEVER EVER OREDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND WHEN THEY DELIVERED MY ORDER IT WASNT EVEN A REFRIGERATED  VEHICLE 

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Horrible customer service!  I ordered an arrangement via their website on Wednesday for delivery on Friday. I received an order confirmation email shortly thereafter. By 7 o'clock on Friday, nothing had been delivered so I called the store and it was closed. I then called the corporate office and received an explanation that the order had been cancelled. There were no notes and no contact from Edible Arrangements to me. I then called the store this morning and was told that there was nothing that they could do for me. Apparently canceling 40th birthday presents with no notification from anyone is good business practice. When their poor business choice was challenged I was then hung up on. I called the corporate office again and was offered a $10 off coupon and was simply told to reorder the gift.  Needless to say, I rejected the $10 off coupon because I will not be supporting this company any longer.
