Don't ever order from here poor service no common sense and don't deliver when suppose to. Now I realize why the store is always empty

Love the products here but when you enter the store it takes a while for people to help you. Was the only customer in the store and had to wait 20min for someone to come from the back.

If you're going to charge a premium for a couple of strawberries, your customer service needs to seriously improve!  Why order online to pick up in store if I have to wait 20 minutes to get it once I'm at the store??  You need more than 1 person out front helping.  When I was here to pick up, there was 12 people standing in line to pick up!
