I only gave this location a 2 star because my daughter love her fresh fruits and I believe in giving credit when it's due. However, the customer service can be better but I guess business great so they don't care about customer service. Georgina spelled "pride" wrong and when I called to advise them Jose answered and had no compassion. After I explained the situation to him I had to make sure he was still on the line because he had no response. Long story short it was my first and last but if you use the services ask them to use spell check or write your own message.

I wasted over $100 on my anniversary arrangement. None of the fruit was ripe (with exception of the pineapple). How can a place that sells fruit does not ensure the fruit is good? I will NEVER buy "Edible Arrangements" again. They should be named "INCRedible INedible arrangements" If I were you, I'd spend my money in a great breakfast or on a nice flower bouquet.

HORRIBLE I placed my order to be shipped the next day. It was never sent out when I called the day after they said they could not find my order in the system and couldn't refund me and told me I had to call the 800 number for help. I called and they told me to had to call my bank and cancel the transaction. HORRIBLE service stay away go to local florists
