While I’ll continue to be a customer because they produce great work, they have to work on time management. If you cannot make same day orders on time then dont lead people to believe so on your website. Every single time without fail, with maybe 4 exceptions I’ve had to wait 15 minutes for an order i placed to be ready hours before i even arrive i set the order for hours before for this exact reason. We are busy people and usually have to squeeze in the 45 min drive in-between schedules. Ive even called before to make sure at times.  I saw w my own eyes today how easy it was to send in a photo for print. shooting orders out to print should be the first thing done in the morning. please consider the time of your customers, at-least enough to have a little note on the website if you cant keep the promise the website gives as of now.

Zero stars. Ordered from them for my daughter's party and paid for expedited shipping to have it well before her party of 8/27/22, It's 9/21/22 and the item never came. I've emailed them several times and they pretend to be helpful until they ask for my address "to verify, since there is an error" my address was correct from when I placed my order and then stop responding. I've escalated this through Paypal since they're allergic to helping when they've clearly messed up. Customer service should always be a priority! I hope my review redirects someone to a better company so they don't risk missing special items for their event.

Not sure what all these negative reviews are for, but ive gone in person numerous times and have been very greatful that the work is done in a quick wait time, great prices, and always beautiful. Very amazing shop that I continue to use through the years

Easy to navigate their website, great product choices, easy to customize, and good packing. I was hesitant to order due to high shipping costs, but I quickly understood the importance of packing and shipping once I received the item. The print was great quality and impressed everyone at our party. Definitely made the right decision. Thanks guys!

Awful customer service. No communication I called, emailed went to the store. All within the directions on their website in working hours! No one responded the store was closed. They took my money but I have no cupcake toppers. I have tried to contact them many times in the ways advised and no response. Only the computer saying store hours are 7:30-4:30 Monday to Friday. Well that is not the case, Utterly disgusted at the lack of response and that I have paid for an item I do not have. Never had a experience like this with any other cake image retailer before. Strongly advise against using them.

Really happy with this purchase!! Toppers great quality look exactly like online image.. My daughter was super happy &lt;3 Great customer service really helpful and knowledge able when it comes to the topper.. Really recommend it to all those out there looking for a cake topper!!

I give them zero stars! They did not give me any product or inform me that they were out of the product so the birthday cake was ruined. Then they have repeatedly hung up on me for months when I have called about the refund. I have also sent emails. This company is nothing but thieves.

I recommend this place we went on July 2th we ordered an 8" circle cake themed Moana w/ baby Moana within 20 mins Our order was made. Great Customer Service  Cake sheet Designer did a Beautiful Outstanding job Was placed on a carvel cake

Cancelled my order and did not notify me.  Glad I ordered in advance so I can get it elsewhere.  Very poor service and communication

Wonderful company located in Doral. I needed a custom edible picture to add to a bday cake, and I was able to get it printed the very same day!! Unfortunately when I arrived, the printing guy was on his lunch break and I was told to return in 2hrs. However, when I returned, my topper was ready and looked AMAZING!!
