I am pleased with a crown I recently had done the bite is good and the tooth itself looks great. The setting of this place is comfortable and the assistants are all really nice. I usually fear dentist thinking they want to recommend work being done just to make more money but not in this case. The dentist himself is a very nice man an was informational. Would highly recommend and will be back myself in July thank you everyone at edison mall dental!

My first appointment, went quickly everyone was so nice and I was excited that I finally found a dentist that takes my insurance. They told me I needed a deep cleaning. I went in expecting to be numbed and get the deep cleaning. NOPE. he said it was a “medium cleaning” got his drill and just hacked at my teeth and gums for 5 minutes, no numbing or anything. I was in so much pain and he just got upset with the fact that HE was hurting me. Then he says “next time pay for numbing - it gonna cost you more!” This was my 1st deep cleaning ever so I don’t know the whole process but after he drilled into my teeth and gums he squirted “medicine” at my teeth and left.

First of all I would like to start off by saying I was scared to go here because of the current reviews, but per convenience I decided to give it a try. When I first arrived I was greeted by a very friendly employee, I believe her name is Alexandra, She was just a breath of fresh air. She helped me by answering all my questions and concerns. She really is just a joy to be around,  After they called me to the back I didn't wait long before the Dentist saw me,  he was very friendly and greeted me with a smile, He took a look at what i needed and answered all my question. I give this place 5 STARSSSS, will definitely  be calling back to set my next appointment. !!!

I would give zero stars if I could. The doctor is very rude. I had a few cavities filled, they are all super sensitive and I cannot even chew on the right side of my mouth. It seems as if they were not filled enough. And to make matters worse, when he started drilling the numbing meds hadn’t kicked in so I felt EVERYTHING! I’m so upset and really wishing I hadn’t spent so much money at this place.

I love Dr. Nelson and the staff is very nice.  My grandsons appt to see him was at 11:00.  I ask it is now 12:11, I ask how much longer it would be and was told there are 4 more people ahead of him that also had 11:00 spots.  My granddaughter has a 12:00 appt..  if I had not already paid for their braces I would go elsewhere.
