About Join South Florida Gymnastics in learning the exciting sport of gymnastics while building a stronger personal foundation in problem solving, patience and self-awareness. Story South Florida Gymnastics is proud to offer a variety of different programs starting with our parent and tot classes all the way through competitive Men's and Women's Gymnastics. We even offer circus clinics! Students in all classes will get a chance to learn about fitness through the use of gymnastics shapes, strength, flexibility, and gymnastics skills. Our programs include: preschool gymnastics, developmental gymnastics for girls and boys, tumbling classes, and even homeschool classes are available. Special events at South Florida Gymnastics include: a Friday night open gym, circus clinics, tumbling clinics and our very special school open gyms.
