About Warner, N.H.'s Public Library. Designed by Harry Wild Jones of Minneapolis, Minn. and built in 1891 for the Town of Warner as a gift from George A. and Margaret C. Pillsbury. A major addition was added in 1993, designed by Rudy Houk of Concord. Story All members of the public are welcome to use the library to read, attend programs or use the public computers. Wireless Internet and printing is also available. Borrowers' cards are free to Warner residents, Warner property owners, Kearsarge Regional School District students, and employees of Warner businesses. Non-resident cards are available for an annual fee. Card holders may borrow books, magazines, DVD's, Audio books, e-book readers, audio book players, Kill-a-Watt meters, or use our online resources such as free downloadable audio books and ebooks, Transparent Online language learning system, EBSCO Host (magazine index and text, NoveList reader's resource) , and two Genealogy databases.
