About Locally Owned Bagel Shop Story Rich's Bagels was founded by brother and sister team Rich and Becky 16 years ago. Rich's holds claim to the ORIGINAL Asiago Cheese bagel. Rich began wroking on recipes from his home kitchen and delivered the earliest bagels to friends and family before their doors opened on Highland Drive. Rich's is not only a delightfully delicious bagel shop, but a place to make lasting friendships and bonds. Please come and meet us! Mission To maintain the purest form of the bagel.
