About Owner, Bruce Darden, has been preparing delectable meals for families, friends, and churches since 1984 when he graduated from the New York Food and Hotel Management culinary school in New York City. After graduating, he worked for various hotels in NYC. Story At Nygel’s American Cuisine, we understand that dining is an experience. Our goal is to make the experience memorable, personable, and enjoyable by serving American cuisine in an upscale environment.
