About Our rallying cry is WIN YOUR LIFE! We work with each athlete to create a customized and results-oriented program and teach all ages how to CrossFit safely. Story Welcome to the Facebook Page for The Power House at Highland & Side Door CrossFit. Who are we? We are the Twin Cities' most comprehensive strength and conditioning coaching, blending the best from the worlds of CrossFit, olympic lifting and powerlifting, yoga, and sports-specific training for athletes of all kinds and abilities. Our innovative and science-based physical programming is geared to provide each individual with the tools to become the experts of their own bodies and fitness. From your average workout enthusiasts, weekend warriors, high school and collegiate athletes, CrossFit Games contenders, to Olympic hopefuls, we offer the space for people to become the champions of their lives. The Power House at Highland is all about discovering and displaying POWER. Not in some outdated conception of the word, but in an authentic, humble, "own it" kind of way. We see power as the ability to channel your energy and influence events positively, being comfortable with the uncomfortable, going hard and fast, and waking up the next day prepared to take one step farther.
