Story The Hutchinson Community College Cosmetology Program offers a stellar education to anyone interested in the cosmetology industry. HCC Cosmetology was formerly known as Sidney's Hairdressing College. The Cosmetology program is only 11 months long and during that time you learn everything from the basics of hair cutting, coloring and styling, facials, nails and much much more! We start classes every January and June. Cosmetologists are licensed to work on hair, skin and nails. The HCC instructors specialize in these things and have a wealth of knowledge to be shared with you.!
