About Crossfit 223 Story CrossFit 223 is a place for anyone who is interested in improving their quality of life. Through dedicated and passionate coaching we help people reach personal health/wellness goals. Training within a community of supportive and uplifting athletes helps make CrossFit 223 a fun and enjoyable place to workout. Being in this type of environment helps people challenge themselves and go outside their "comfort zone". The community aspect of CrossFit is one of the big differences between a regular gym and a CrossFit gym. People who have had a hard time exercising consistently in the past find that with CrossFit they don't have that issue. The thorough coaching and instruction people get in a CrossFit class allows them to train hard while remaining safe and healthy.
