About Expressions Jewelers specializes in creating custom & handcrafted fine jewelry and showcasing curated collections from designers around the world. Story When Jim Turner opened his first permanent store in summer of 1976, he built his client base on the belief that the customer deserves first-quality workmanship and exceptional service. The philosophy worked. Today, he holds on to that belief and continues the tradition in business with his daughter, Mary Van Buer. At our newest location, 1913 East Locust Street in Davenport, you will find examples of the most beautiful jewelry from the finest jewelry makers in the world as well as lovely custom and one-of-a-kind designs from our own in-house shop.
