About As a HOA Management leader, we consistently work to provide effective-responsible service with integrity and professionalism to all the members we serve Story We currently manage over 15,000 homes and 125 communities. The original idea that has become Liberty Community Management today had its beginning well over a decade ago. As a former board member who experienced a history of poor service, a lack of immediacy and a lack of information availability first hand, our Board sought out a more effective management company. It just did not seem that our management company really cared. In researching the management industry further, I found that it was not uncommon for management companies to have a poor relationship with their boards and an even worse one with their members. I came to learn that apathy and a general lack of empathy and caring by management companies existed. The idea to really serve the customer and provide access and information for the community was not what was being done in the industry. The typical HOA management company does not routinely provide real time verifiable, traceable, accessible information regarding the management company and its day to day work for the association and its business affairs. We provide 24/7 managed access to the community and its Board of Directors for the administrative, financial, enforcement, customer service and collection areas. All the elements of the association can be tracked and verified on line over the internet. We implement effective and consistent business processes along with verifiable and thorough reporting. Most Atlanta HOA management companies have no real way for the Board to keep their hand on the pulse of the community; its members and the management company. We have built in accountability and unique access for the communities we manage. Our BoardView system allows the Board a wealth of information other management companies don’t provide. We believe that managing the four areas of the homeowners association business requires verifiable action and information.
