About Expanding minds and changing lives every day! Story St. Louis Community College ("STLCC") is the largest community college district in Missouri and one of the largest in the United States. Supported by the Junior College District of St. Louis City - St. Louis County, it was the first district in the United States to simultaneously construct three campuses through a $47.2 million bond issue approved in 1965, the largest in the history of the nation's community college development at the time. STLCC serves its student body through four campuses and four satellite facilities, offering college-transfer options and career programs in areas such as art and design, business, engineering and technology, developmental and continuing education.
