About Established September 2013, Inside Out: Accessible Art is a not for profit 501(c)(3) art gallery & cooperative in downtown Bloomington, Il. Story Inside Out: Accessible Art Cooperative is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization maintains an art sales gallery and provides art instruction and events and service to the community through the arts.
