Story Southington Veterinary Associates or SVA is a small animal veterinary hospital that specializes in quality medical care and educating our clients on caring for their pets. SVA offers free puppy/kitten talks, new pet talks, senior talks and dental talks whenever needed. We see dogs, cats, pocket pets, and some exotics. Surgeries are done on site by a professional trained staff. Our doctors perform most soft tissue surgeries, spays, neuters, cystotomies, growth removals and declaws. Veterinary acupuncture, acupressure, and herbal medicine are offered. Some Ultrasound procedures, vaccines and wellness visits. Dental exams and dental prophylaxis, are done at SVA as well. SVA offers a variety of specialty prescription diets and treats from quality veterinary companies such as Hill's Prescription Diets, Royal Canin, Purina Prescription diets, and CET dental products.
