Story Our Mission, Across the nation and in the Norco community there is a pattern showing that Men of Color face additional challenges of achieving success in college. With a primary focus on brotherhoood and mentorship, the Men of Color Mentoring Program provides a community that understands and helps to overcome the various obstacles preventing academic success. Our mission is to create an empowering cycle of support through mentor ship, culturally relevant practices, community service, and self advocacy.
