About We are a friendly and committed group of believers in Jesus Christ who look forward to His soon return. Until then, we seek to live in His footsteps. Story The Los Alamitos Seventh-day Adventist Church is a conservative, Bible-believing congregation, anchored in the timeless truth that “Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God.” All we believe, teach, preach, and live flows from and through this cornerstone tenet of our Christian faith. We have been called to uplift Jesus Christ in everything we do. Thus, we gather together as a church on Sabbath because it is an ageless reminder of Jesus Christ’s work as our Creator (Genesis 2:1-3; John 1:1-3) and as our Redeemer (John 19:30). Our worship style honors our distinctive message and our musical heritage. We are a friendly church that embraces all who come seeking a glimpse of the Savior. Our belief in the visible and soon coming of Jesus prompts us to seek ways to spread the Good News as individuals and as a church body. We invite you to come and rest in Christ; from the cares of the week; from the weight of sin; from a quest for salvation (Matthew 11:28). Let the music soothe and stir your soul; let the fellowship encourage your walk with our Lord; let the message from God strengthen your resolve and remind you of your special place in the heart of the Almighty. We come from different places; we experience varied journeys through life; but we are brought together and joined in the “unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace…one body and one Spirit, just as [we] were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in [us] all…[and from Him] to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift.” (Ephesians 4:3-7) Maranatha!
