About I have over 25 years of experience in bankruptcy law. I provide legal counsel and practical solutions on various financial problems. Story Jacob Silver, Attorney At Law, is the principal of the Law Office of Jacob Silver and is the firm’s lead trial attorney. Mr. Silver concentrates his practice in all areas of bankruptcy. Mr. Silver is a former staff attorney of the New York City Police Department Legal Bureau. Mr. Silver received a Bachelors of Science degree from Brooklyn College in Accounting, and a Juris Doctor degree in the practice of law from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Silver is admitted to the practice of law in the state of New York as well as in Federal Bankruptcy Courts, Federal District Courts and the United States Court of Appeals. Mr. Silver is a Member of the New York State Bar Association and local bar associations. Mission We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
