About "What'll Ya Have, What'll Ya Have" We have been serving up Varsity fair in Norcross for over 25 years! Same great taste and fun atmosphere you remember! Story The Varsity Norcross opened its doors November of 1990. It had been 35 years since The Varsity had opened another location, so Nancy Simms and her son Gordon Muir thought that it was about time to spread the famous Varsity fare to the suburbs. From day one the place has been packed with loyal Varsity fans, and over the past 25 years new customers have come to love The "V".
