About We're New Orleans only full service non-profit, low-cost veterinary clinic and no kill rescue organization. We offer full service care at a reduced rate. Story SAF's Frances McDonough Memorial Clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8-6 and Saturday, 8-2. Due to the high volume of clientel we service, we ask that appointments be made for visits. Mission SAF's mission is to offer quality, affordable veterinary care for everyone. SAF is a full service facility open to the public. We have reduced cost spay/neuter services, too. Our goal, through spay/neuter, is to eliminate euthanasia as a means of animal control. Products Our veterinary clinic carries a vast assortment of products for all your pet's medical needs. We stock Nexgard, Comfortis, Trifexis, Heartgard, & Sentinel for a variety of flea and heartworm preventatives.
