About We are a 501(c)3 organization that aims to: Foster the growth, development and use of the Library Enrich the resources of the Library Story In these days of tax caps, the Library budget is very tight. The RVC Library Friends comes to the rescue! We raise funds to sponsor programs and projects as well as purchase anything from Summer Reading Club prizes to projectors and scanners.
