Once instruction on how to orient yourself in the room, clients may disrobe to their own comfort level, in private. A top sheet is provided for you to slip in between and you are properly draped throughout your session. A typical full-body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck and shoulders. A light lotion will be used to permit your muscles to be treated without causing friction to the skin.
