About We offer a full menu of soups, sandwiches, salads, and sides along with our fantastic selection of delicious cupcakes and premium ice cream flavors. Story We are a local bakery and café that has been in business in University City at the corner of Delmar and 170 since 2007. In June of 2014, due to the popularity of our ice cream at retail outlets, we opened our brand new premium ice cream bar. We believe in providing a handcrafted, premium product made right here in St. Louis, MO! Jilly’s Cupcake Bar and Café is a 2 time winner and 3 time contestant on Food Network’s Cupcake Wars. We have won the American Culinary Federation Award of Excellence for 2014 along with local publication awards for Best Cupcake (Riverfront Times, St. Louis Magazine, Ladue News, Sauce Magazine, Alive Magazine). Jilly’s celebrates life's moments and victories. Whether it is a wedding, a birthday or making it through the day, Jilly’s will always be there!
