Story Applewood Bakery has been the neighbourhood destination for scratch baked bread and treats since the early '70s. Originally a Scottish Bakery, and then Portuguese, our business has transitioned through time and become a hotspot for baked goods from different parts of the world. Our customer's favourite treats are tea biscuits, sweet bread, stuffed croissants, portuguese custard tarts, handmade butter tarts, challah (egg) bread, biscotti, and samosas to name a few.
