We are pleased you have chosen to be a part of our community. Cameron Park has amenities for everyone! The CSD, for many years, has had the pleasure of serving Cameron Park residents and businesses by providing: Fire and emergency services Administration services CC&R enforcement Recreation programs and parks facilities. We are supported by a five-member elected board which upholds CSD policy as well as providing oversight for new recreational opportunities for residents, business development opportunities for local businesses and facilities for government agencies to gather and meet with residents. It also manages established Special assessment Districts and assures compliance of property owner approved CC&R’s for residential properties.
