About Teen Central is the awesomely awesome space in the CB Library for patrons in grades 6-12. Come check it out! Story We've got a wireless laptop lab, touchscreen desktops, video game stations, vending machines, a whole wall of dry erase board for you to graffiti, and a slew of super fun programs! Plus, we've got all the latest and greatest books for teens and a staff who would love to help you find what you're looking for, so stop on by! Mission Teen Central @ the Council Bluffs Public Library is committed to supporting the informational, cultural, and recreational needs of teens in grades 6 through 12. We strive to provide teens with a dedicated library space in which their ideas and interests are respected. Additionally, we endeavor to provide (in all formats) materials, programming, reference, and reader’s advisory services that align with these interests.
