About We are a family run agency providing financial and insurance services to individuals and businesses in our community. We treat your family like our own. Story The Combs Agency is a third-generation family owned insurance services agency. The company was founded by Dick Combs and has been in operation since 1959. Dick was joined by his son Rick Combs in 1978, and grandson Chris Combs in 1994. The agency provides services to small businesses, families, and seniors including financial and retirement planning, auto, home, commercial-business, and life insurance, as well as long-term care and disability insurance. We tailor custom risk transfer strategies for each of our clients. In addition to Rick and Chris, the staff includes two additional licensed agents, Vicki Buening, office manager for the past 18 years, and Lorraine Vojt who is the customer service contact and underwriting expert.
