About Merle's has been serving hand-cut steaks, amazing burgers, craft beer, and good times since 1959. Join us and feel right at home. Story Merle’s Food and Drink is one of the oldest spots around, and our family’s been running it since 1976. Over the years, we’ve become known for quite a few things. For one, our hand-cut steaks and flavorful burgers have been favorites of those who’ve tried them. We’re also known for our selection of craft beers on tap, including Zipline, one of our favorites local breweries. But the thing we’re known for most is our laid-back, friendly atmosphere.
