About Kitchen opens Mon- Sat 4:00pm , Sun at Noon. Bar Hours are by Crowd Level. Story Family Owned and Operated since 1984. We are Located on 7 Hwy, Between Blue Springs and Lee's Summit. Happy Hour 4pm-6pm Mondays - Fridays- All day on Sundays. Our Kitchen hours are listed and the Bar Hours are by Crowd level. Delivery available to all of Lake Lotawana and some surrounding areas. Fun Facts: We make our own dough and sauce for the pizza ( no you can't have the recipe ) A Russo or a Family member is always in House. We are closed every Memorial weekend , Labor Day weekend,Thanksgiving,Christmas and New Years Eve and few times during the year for family events. Russo's Started in Blue Springs on Woods Chapel rd in 1984. We have also had locations in Lake Wood , Grain Valley and Buckner. Russo's Pizza has 3rd generation family members now working in the pub.
