About AVA is a member-supported nonprofit community art center featuring dynamic exhibitions, classes & special programs that serve NH, VT & greater New England. Mission AVA (Alliance for the Visual Arts) Gallery and Art Center, established in 1973, is dedicated to the ongoing development of programs that nurture, promote, and challenge New Hampshire and Vermont artists, art students, and patrons of the visual arts. AVA is committed to present programs - exhibitions featuring a wide range of creative talents; art education for people of all ages and abilities; and special events increasing art appreciation and fostering interaction between artists and community members - in an affirming atmosphere that underscores the importance of art in people's lives.
