About Trudy's Kitchen caters onsite and offsite. We have world famous huckleberry cheesecake and a NEW raspberry chocolate cheesecake. we are located in the beautiful mountains and have a very family friendly atmosphere. Come visit us sometime. Story Best Restaurant in the whole world. My mom started Trudy's Kitchen in the mid 1990's and has been going strong ever since. The restaurant burned a few years back and even though many treasures were lost, my moms spirit was not broke. She rebuilt and is once again going strong. In the winter business hours are from 8am till 8pm Monday through Sunday.Summer hours are 7am to 8pm Sunday through Thursday and 7am till 9pm on Friday and Saturday
