Opening September Story Our goal at the Intermountain Kaysville Creekside Clinic is to provide the very best health care to every patient. We have 3 family medicine physicians who are specially trained to offer comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages from newborn to elderly. When you require care from another specialist, we will make the appropriate referral and continue to coordinate your care.
