About Face & Body Emporium is Sacramento's exclusive Kiehl's full-service spa, tanning salon, beauty boutique, and fro-yo shop. Story Luca Powell knows how to make people feel beautiful. In fact, after becoming a clinical esthetician and massage therapist, he traveled around the country lecturing and consulting for many salons and spas. In 2007, he finally decided to open his own shop in Sacramento. At Face & Body Emporium, Luca and his team work through four departments: a beauty boutique, a full-service spa, a tanning salon, and a delightful frozen yogurt shop. Each department makes a unique contribution toward making guests look and feel radiant, creating a complete experience that will leave you feeling fully pampered.
