About When you're looking for great food, be sure you stop by The River Mill! Whether you're traveling by automobile, snowmobile, or bike. The River Mill is easy to find. Just look for the log building with the green roof. Story The River Mill Food & Spirits is known for its good food and being a local gathering spot. After the fire destroyed the building in January 2001, we have rebuilt using 12" logs and we are now one of the most unique buildings in town. The River Mill is located in downtown LaValle and just one block from the "400 Trail." The River Mill is open for lunch and dinner and we offer * Appetizers * Great Burgers * Sandwiches * Entrees every night starting at 5 p.m. including Chicken Steaks Shrimp Salad Bar Thursday Night is Steak & Choice of Tater - Stop by on a Thursday night starting at 5 p.m. and enjoy a delicious 10 oz steak with our homemade hash brown casserole or diced potatoes, bread stick, and coleslaw all for only $10.99!
