About Journey is a Christian church connected with the South Carolina United Methodist Church. You may find out more about the United Methodist Church at www.umcsc.org. We mix a modern style with some of the traditional practices of the Christian church. Story WHAT IS SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE LIKE? At 9:00 am each Sunday, we push the spiritual high voltage meter. Worship lasts about one hour and thirty minutes or so. We believe worship is work of God's people. All that we do on Sunday is worship to God. Starting with parking lot greeters, welcoming, singing, preaching of God's word, and fellowship in the Journey Cafe. At Journey, you will find a worship experience that incorporates contemporary and traditional songs, multimedia techniques, bold, creative sermons, video clips, and an energetic praise and worship team.
