Canela Bakery was started by a husband and wife team, immigrants from Mexico who love Maryland and its people. The Manager is Rosario Gamboa, a cheerful presence both in the store in Gaithersburg and at the many farmers markets where our goods are also sold. We love our work and we appreciate our customers.
