Email volunteer@fapc.org to find out how to get involved in any of the following: • Project FIND - serve lunch to elderly and homeless adults - 2nd Sunday of each month • Bowery Mission - lead worship and serve dinner to residents at the historic Bowery Mission - 4th Sunday of each month • Meals on Heels - prepare and deliver hot meals to elderly and homebound - every Saturday - 9:30 AM - 12:00 • Shelter for Homeless Men - Serve as an early evening or overnight host for men in our Shelter - 7 nights a week 365 days a year • Habitat for Humanity - Occasional builds and projects around the city • Abundant Waters Tutoring - Tutor elementary aged children at PS51's after school program. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays at your availability • Homeless Events & Outreach – Committee on Homelessness sponsors 5 annual parties with street homeless, along with offer various other advocacy and volunteer opportunities.
