Story I never expected to own a funeral home. I had retired and was enjoying it when the opportunity came along. I felt God was calling me to use a funeral home as a ministry to help others and when this property was liquidated, it was the perfect opportunity. My parents had owner Miller and Daughter Mortuary in Zachary for many years, and the experience of my father, mother and sisters helped me get started with Grant's Westside Funeral Services. Many of the same principles they have carry over to my funeral home: honesty, integrity and making sure the needs of the customer come first. OUR MISSION STATEMENT: It is the mission of Grant's Westside Funeral services to provide quality care to a family as they mourn the loss of a loved one. We will accomplish this mission by always being fair, trustworthy, honest and most of all, compassionate.
