About Cool and exciting electronics! Cell phones and internet service! Story In the late 1990's Wesley was offered a position in Louisville with 100% paid relocation. Since Wesley's family was in Louisville, they decided to take the offer. After an extensive search, they found their ideal home in Spencer County. In 2003, they came across an opportunity to realize the American Dream. They purchased the Radio Shack Franchise store. Wesley, who has executive level management experience, knew that properly stocking the store and providing great customer service would grow the business. At that time, he worked as the General Manager of the Spencer Magnet and was also the President of the local Chamber of Commerce. But at a certain point, he realized he would like to use his talents in the store. Since he has been involved with the business full time, he has been able to add on additional services and has expanded the business. The thing that makes Taylorsville RadioShack unique is that they offer In Home Services. So if someone needs help with their computer or networking, they go to their house to help solve their problem. The same is true with Audio Video. They can pre-wire new construction, help someone create a Movie Room, or even install video surveillance equipment. While the store is still small, their ability to help people is not. They are very good at helping customers work through complex projects and problems. Because the customers deal with owner operators, customers can be assured that they are working with knowledgeable professionals.
