About Welcome to Storybook Gardens! For more than 50 years Storybook Gardens has been providing families with treasured memories to last a lifetime. http://www.london.ca/storybook Story Storybook Gardens is open daily through the spring and summer months. Storybook is an amazing place for young children to explore, discover, and play. Summer season features include daily entertainment on our outdoor stage, themed playgrounds, slides and climbers, a miniature play village, learning garden, sand play area, pedal cart track, splash pad, and six amusement rides. The 2017-2018 Storybook Gardens outdoor winter skating season is scheduled to open on the first weekend in December, weather permitting. Our winding refrigerated 250 skating track offers beautiful outdoor skating six days a week from December through to the end of February. Take a break to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and a fresh hot Beavertail pastry from our rink-side Beavertails location. Private site rentals are available for corporate and group functions.
