Story Fifty-five acres make up Lake Oconee KOA, The campground was developed with a “railroad” theme and 23 railroad cars were brought in and used as offices, in recreational areas, as shops, and as overnight accommodations. Club cars, cabooses, and boxcars were used in the design scheme giving the resort a truly unique flavor for your next vacation rental stay. The railroad cars exist today and are just one of the amenities that makes Lake Oconee KOA a premier RV campground.
