About We're a growing church of individuals and families with varied backgrounds and spiritual journeys. Join us and discover why so many are finding community! Story Welcome to NCC at Barracks Row. We are located in a lively and historic part of Capitol Hill in Southeast D.C. In 2011, God opened the door for us to purchase this century-old building originally known as the Meader Theater. Renamed "The Miracle Theatre," we have restored the building's rich history of a Vaudeville show house and movie theater as another place where the Church and marketplace intersect. We pray each weekend that He would write a story of miracles in the life of every person who enters our doors. We hope that you will join us for a service, and we look forward to meeting you.
