About SAU 83 was formed on July 1, 2006. Story Fremont, New Hampshire is a community of approximately 5,000 residents in Rockingham County. SAU 83 is a single school district serving 700 students in grades Pre-K-12. Of that number, 217 students are tuitioned to Sanborn Regional High School in Kingston, NH. Present School Board members are Ida Keane, Andy Kohlhofer, Sharon Girardi, Greg Fraize and Tammy Kitt Mission The mission of the Fremont School District, in partnership with the parents and community, is to ensure that students achieve their full potential through educational excellence in teaching. Students will be able to apply their knowledge to solve problems and think critically, both independently and working cooperatively with others. They will acquire a “thirst to learn”, develop a strong confident character, show empathy for others and value community involvement.
