About Life begins at the end of your comfort zone. Story CrossFit Full Strength is the premier CrossFit in Central Phoenix. By being one of the oldest CrossFit gyms in Phoenix, we have created a one of a kind facility that offers CrossFit, USA Weightlifting and Barbell Club, Yoga, and a lot more. We are a one stop shop for any level looking to get involved in the CrossFit Community. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. We do our own in house programming to ensure that our members are getting the best coaching possible. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
